He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has to his credit, the degree of Law too.
He possesses a rich post qualification experience of about 30 years.
He started his career with Lalbhai Group of Companies and was then associated with Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants, a firm with long and reputed standing in India.
He then started his independent practice in the year 1985.
He has specialized in the field of Taxation, Audit and Business Consultancy, apart from having excellent knowledge in Corporate Laws and Financial Documentation.
He had regularly been delivering lectures to professional bodies and institutions like UTI Institute of Capital Markets and Reserve Bank of India's Bankers' Training College, on various subjects including offer documents and commercial law.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
He is also an associate member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
He has been in practice for the past 21 years in the field of Corporate Taxation and Audit.
He started his career with N.Varma and Associates, Chartered Accountants, and served there as a partner for 16 years, independently heading the practice and working of that firm.
